Time to remodel? Or are you wanting to pick up an inexpensive house that needs some work? The Marketing Monkey was looking for a creative way to share the news about the FHA 203k Renovation Loan and he had a pretty neat idea!
We were meandering through the isles at Home Depot and found paint samples (free), a roll of blue tape ($3.97), paint sticks (free) and construction pencils ($0.19) and put together with a brochure, postcard and a business card and volia! - we have a cool delivery to hand out to our clients. This delivery including printing is less than $0.30 per delivery.
